Biography

Peaches Ostalaza is an Associate Attorney at JC Law, where she focuses on family law matters. She is committed to guiding clients through complex and often emotionally charged situations with clarity, empathy, and strong advocacy.

Before entering legal practice, Peaches developed a broad legal foundation through legal support roles spanning litigation, corporate agreements, intellectual property, and immigration matters. In those positions, she worked closely with attorneys and clients on sensitive and high-stakes issues, including workplace harassment disputes, where clear communication, organization, and strategic thinking were essential. These experiences strengthened her ability to navigate challenging matters while maintaining a client-centered focus.

Drawn to family law for its direct and meaningful impact, Peaches is motivated by the opportunity to support clients through critical life transitions. She combines thoughtful legal advocacy with a practical and compassionate approach, helping clients navigate difficult circumstances with confidence.

Peaches is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She earned her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. While earning her Juris Doctor, she tailored her coursework to earn two additional certificates in Comparative and International Law as well as the Law and Technology Certificate.

Outside of her legal practice, Peaches is an avid reader who enjoys setting ambitious goals for herself—most notably working to surpass her personal record of reading 180 books in a single year.
