Biography
Jerri Fuller is a Senior Associate at JC Law, where she focuses her practice on domestic and criminal litigation within the Commonwealth of Virginia. A native of Tidewater, Jerri has had the privilege of appearing in courts throughout the state, assisting clients at every phase of the judicial cycle, from investigation and discovery to bench and jury trials. Jerri also supervises and mentors junior associates, contributing to the firm’s overall litigation strategy and professional development.
Jerri additionally brings a unique interdisciplinary background to her legal practice, with extensive experience in education reform, consulting, and business management. She has advised school districts, nonprofit organizations, municipalities, and private sector stakeholders on strategic planning, grant compliance, and data-driven processes. She has written white papers, designed curricula and competency frameworks, and facilitated workshops at both domestic and international conferences.
Jerri enjoys challenging cases that present complex issues of law and fact. She is an avid researcher and writer and has authored several briefs that were argued before the Virginia Court of Appeals. A tireless advocate, Jerri works alongside doctors, forensic specialists, and a host of other experts to secure the best possible outcomes for the people she represents. She prides herself on a holistic, wellness-centered approach that prioritizes the emotional and mental health of her clients at all parts of their decision-making process.
Jerri earned her Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from Wake Forest University.
