Biography
Cynthia has practiced family law for more than twenty years in the Commonwealth of Virginia, focusing on custody/visitation, relocation, divorce, support, and equitable distribution issues. Recognizing there are no “one-size-fits-all” solutions to the problems that families face, Cynthia is direct but compassionate with her clients as she utilizes her experience and creativity to help them navigate this difficult chapter.
Cynthia graduated with college and university honors from Carnegie Mellon University with dual B.A. degrees in Professional Writing and Creative Writing, as well as a minor in political science. She earned her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review. During her lengthy career, she has capitalized on her writing skills by drafting innumerable persuasive motions and legal memoranda.
Outside of the office, Cynthia enjoys baking pie, singing in choir, and rooting for the New York Rangers hockey team.
