VP of Quality Control

Biography

Hunter Gallagher is the VP of Quality Control in the domestic department at JC Law with experience in both family and criminal law.

Graduating with a bachelor’s in philosophy, medieval and Byzantine studies, and theology from the Catholic University of America (CUA), Hunter next obtained a Masters in Sacred Theology (MTS) from Loyola University in Baltimore, having written and defended a 130 page thesis titled “The Cosmic and Anthropoloigcal Plains of Deification According to Saint Maximus the Confessor”. He then taught high school as a full-time teacher for six years for both the Theology and English departments. While teaching, Hunter returned to CUA for law school as an evening student, eventually serving as Lead Article Editor on CUA’s Journal of Law and Technology. After graduating, Hunter served as law clerk to the Honorable Judge Stacy A. Mayer in the Circuit Court of Baltimore County.

Hunter uses his experience as a teacher to communicate the complexities of the law in understandable and meaningful ways to his clients. Trained with a philosophical mind, Hunter effectively analyzes the law and marries that analysis to his client’s best facts at trial. For Hunter, being a lawyer is about serving clients and helping them participate in the social compact of government; he believes each client’s case matters and each deserves a competent, devoted, and caring advocate.
