BIOGRAPHY
Damon joined JC Law as an associate attorney in the Domestic Department in the spring of 2024.
Damon has broad and wide-ranging civil and criminal litigation experience, having tried cases in state and federal courts, in addition to administrative law matters before judges in the EEOC, MSPB, as well as arbitration and mediation matters.
Damon is a graduate of the Howard University School of Law, where he received his J.D. He received his B.S. from Florida A&M University. Damon brings with him over thirty years of experience to the table. With said experience, he has the legal know-how about what to do for his clients, the obstacles they may face, and the focus to take on and take down those very same obstacles. Damon’s diverse and extensive litigation experience, paired with a passion and devotion to the needs of his clients, makes him a zealous advocate for those he represents and a valued member of the JC Law team.
