Biography
Gina Thoden is an experienced attorney licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. She’s served in both legal and business roles throughout her 30-year career and takes a very practical, results-driven, and cost-effective approach to litigation and negotiation.
She has represented and counseled insurers in complex, multi-million-dollar disputes and handled all aspects of litigation and client counseling in cases involving commercial and contract law, insurance coverage, employment law, white collar crime, and general civil and appellate litigation. Having worked for some of the largest law firms and consulting firms in the world, she’s delighted to bring BigLaw experience, know-how, and leading practices to a small firm setting where she can focus more intently on her clients’ individual needs and priorities. She considers it a privilege and a blessing to be in a role that allows her to serve others in their times of crisis and need.
When she’s not practicing law, she enjoys volunteering in her church and community and spending quality time with her husband, their three dogs, and many dear friends at their vacation home on the Chesapeake Bay.
