While receiving his undergraduate degree from Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland, Jeffrey Griffith curated a passion and interest in the law and legal studies. With a minor in philosophy, he grounded himself in the tenants of argument and logic as dictated by such philosophers as Socrates and Thomas Aquinas – interests that led him to apply his knowledge toward a legal degree.
Mr. Griffith attended the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law, during which time he acted as an associate editor of the Catholic Law Review, advancing his skills in legal writing and persuasion. Upon graduating cum laude, Mr. Griffith went to work as a law clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge C. Philip Nichols Jr., in Prince George’s County. This position afforded him the opportunity to observe and study litigation and motions practice.
Mr. Griffith soon joined the Law Offices of James Crawford Jr. & Associates as an associate attorney working in criminal litigation. He is barred in the State of Maryland and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.
Mr. Griffith is currently in the process of becoming barred in the U.S. District Court of Maryland and Washington D.C., and is dedicated to serving his clients with respect, compassion, and dignity.
